Gentlemen:
Attached please find the legal description of streets in various
Units of SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS. They are accompanied by a print
titled MAINTENANCE MAP FOR SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS. This map depicts
the paved roads, 1

GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION respectfully petitions the CITY OF c
SEBASTIAN to accept all the above stated items for maintenance
within the limits of the attached legal description.
Further, while GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION acknowledges the
fact that the Performance Bond for UNIT 1 has been released by
the CITY and now with the completion of work and the acceptance of
this work in the listed Units, we respectfully request that the
bond obligations be reduced in accordance with the percent of
completion as shown on the attached Bond Schedule.

DESCRIPTION
A strip of land 80 feet in width lying in Sections 18, 19 and 30, Township 31
South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida, the centerline being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the East line of the N.W. 1/4 of
Section 30, Township 31 South, Range 39 East and the centerline of Barber
Street as shown on the recorded plat of SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS UNIT 11 as re-
corded in Plat Book 7, Pages 56, 56-A thru 56-L; thence run East along a
line a distance of 1947.97 feet to a point of curvature; said line being a
projection of the centerline of said Barber Street as shown on said recorded
plat of SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS UNIT 11; thence Northeasterly along the arc of
a circular curve to the left having a radius of 688.23 feet, thru a central
angle of 38°30'00" for 462.46 feet to a point of tangency; thence N51°30'00"E,
165.0 feet to the point of intersection with the centerline of Schumann Drive;
thence N38°31'00"W along said centerline, 1135.35 feet to a point on the North
line of said Section 30; said point bears S89°23'23"W a distance of 832.16 feet
from the Northeast corner of said Section 30; thence continue N38°31'00"W,
573.19 feet to a point of curvature; thence Northerly along the arc of a
circular curve to the right having a radius of 405.45 feet thru a central
angle of 38°30'80" for a distance of 272.44 feet to a point of tangency;
thence North, 4591.73 feet to a point on the North line of said Section 19;
said point bears S89°34'25"W a distance of 1280.24 feet from the Northeast
corner of said Section 19; thence continue North, 292.21 feet to a point of
curvature; thence Northeasterly along the arc of a circular curve to the
right having a radius of 400.0 feet, thru a central angle of 60°02'15" for
a distance of 419.13 feet to a point of tangency; thence N60°02'15"E along
a line for a distance of 269.15 feet to the Point of Termination at the
centerline of Schumann Drive and the Southwesterly boundary of the plat of
SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS UNIT 9 as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 36 and 36A of
the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, said line being a pro-
jection of Schumann Drive as shown on said plat of SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS UNIT 9.
All lying in the City of Sebastian, Florida, and containing 18.53 acres more
or less.
