Dear Mr. McJunkins:
Our City Council has been told by one of the local County
Commissioners that there is a possibility that Sebastian
may get a junior high school or high school within the next
three years.
At. one time General Development Corporation had an area
reserved for a school off of Barber Street which is now
part of Unit #12.
The City Council would like to know if this area is still
available for the purpose of a public school.

In reply to your letter of April 22, 1969, in the
planning of Sebastian Highlands, General Development Corpo-
ration has designated property for marketing for use as
consistent with planning for community growth. Included
in these plans are school sites, one of which is Tract F,
Block 208, Sebastian Highlands, Unit 10, containing 12.06
acres.
We would be most happy to discuss with the City
and the County the sale of this property at your convenience.
