GENDRON SALLYDALE WIMBROW September 26, 1968 "hiss SallyDale Wimbrow General Development Corporation Sebastian, Florida, 3295P, Dear 'liss Jimbrow: Dn or about the sixth day of July 196`; I reported the condition of the seawall on Collier Creek, specifically Lot 12, ?lock 68, to Mr. Perkins of your office. In my presence ,'r. Perkins reported this to the Engineering Section at Malabar by telephone and was told that the Engineering Section had knowledge of this condition and they intended to repair it in the early Fall. May I again call this to your attention in that due to the heavy rains, the seawall is deteriorating to the point that it will create a problem on Lot 11 and Lot 13 of Block 68. It is the opinion of the undersigned that if remedial action was taken at this time, General Development Corporation could save money in the long run. Very truly yours, A. T. Jordan City Clerk ATJ/flp
