Dear Mr. Jordan:
We are submitting herewith a request for a zoning change from R-1
(residential) to C.-1 (retail) covering the following described
property.
Tract "C" of the proposed plat of Sebastian Highlands
Unit 13 being more particularly described as follows:
The East 468 feet of the South 585 feet of Section 23,
Township 31 South, Range 38 East, City of Sebastian,
Indian River County, Florida, containing 5.36 acres
more or less.
Enclosed is our check in the amount of $25.00 as a filing fee and
a tentative plat map of the above proposed plat showing in red
the location of tract "C" to be rezoned.
