As per our informal conversation soane time ago,regarding tnipaid tax in
Sebastian Highl panda, the following 'list is furnished for your information
and whatever Faction you may wish to take.
The largo majority of thesi people are on the tax roll for t_ n first time,
and if they paid the county tax they any have thoTight that was all the:,
had.
I think t'lat we are in agreement that to have a long list of Highland
property owners in the paper for unpaid taxes would be poor publicity
for G.D,C, and for the city of Sebastian.
Our legal ad will be published the first wpek in trisy, if yotz can send a
reminder to any of theso people it will be appreciated,I have sent one
notice in :addition to the tax bi'l'l.
As a point of information,if these bills are advertised,the cos -I-1 almost
doubles, Ad legal fees a"PC.
