BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, BY
AND THROUGH ITS CITY COUNCIL:
The City of Sebastian will not accept any drainage
facilities, waterways, parks or bridges in any unit of sub-
divided land within the city limits, until the entire unit has
been completed and all improvements installed and approved by
the City Engineer, and sixty (60%) per cent of the lots have
been sold and title thereto transferred.
THIS RESOLUTION was duly adopted by the City Council
of the City of Sebastian, Florida, this 2 g day of ,
