Dear Mr. Kerley:
�a again request o reply to our letter of September 1968 pertaining
to ownership of the lots that abutt on Fleming Street. This stretch
of Fleming Street has deteriorated to the point that it is now m
safety hazard and the City must take immediate motion to correct it.

have received an estimate from Dickerson, Inc. to hand patch
and resurface with one inch of asphaltic concrete at o cost of
approximately �3v200~00.
The City intends to do this on e special assessment basis and owner-
ship of the abutting lots is imperative so that we may include them
to the individual owners on the next tax bill"
