near Mr. Allen:
your conpany has a water franchise with the City of Sebastian
which includes the Twin Lakes area.
Recently there was a fire of a residence on Canal Circle and
there was no fire hydrant in the vicinity resulting in con-
siderable damage to the house.
Section 8 of. the Water Franchise reads:
"Section 8. Fire Hydrants. The company shall from time to time
install at no cost to the City, fire hydrants along the �tiYater
main to be constructed in the Citv, in such numbers and at such
locations as may be designated by the City and in conformance
with the accepted standards of the National Board of "ire Under --
writers."
The City Mayor and the city Council request that I contact your
comna.ny and -reauest General Development Corporation to bring
the fire hydrants up to accepted standards and advise the City
thereof.
