This letter is intended to serve as;
(1) Confirmation of our conversation
relating to the drainage condition
on Dempsey Ave., S.W.
(2) and a reminder of that conversation.
If you will recall I discussed with you the condit-
ion of; (a) the blocked drain at the driveway in
front of 620 Dempsey Ave., (b) of how the normal
flow of the waterbeing interrupted by the block-
age would back up to the point of filling up the
driveway in front of 636 Dempsey Ave.
I would appreciate your attention to this matter
and if at all possible have same corrected.
Being a new resident in Sebastian I have no idea
as yet as to just who is responsible for correct-
ing this condition. It could be the responsibility
of General Development; The City of Sebastian; or
even the county. Never -the -less I am asking your
kind office to do what ever is possible and at the
earliest possible time
