There has been some question recently about General Development Corpor-
ation's position on the enforcement of deed restrictions in Sebastian
Highlands.
This is to assure you that General Development's commitment to the in-
telligent and orderly growth of the community continues. We have been
and will continue to enforce applicclble deed restrictions on all con-
struction -- residential, commercial and signs -- on property where the
deed restrictions apply. Plans for'such construction must be submitted
for review and approval to the company's Architectural Review Committee
in Miami.
To remind you of this requirement, the City Building Official will
commence to stamp plans and permits where the deed restrictions apply.
At the same time, we will be making regular inspections of the community
to assure that the deed restriction.9 are being.followed.
The procedure is very simple: Just drop two copies of construction and
site plans at this office. Although the deed restrictions permit the
committee to take up to 30 days to review the plans, let us assure you
that we will process them as expeditiously as possible.
To further expedite the review process, builders who have stock models
can place the plans for these models on file with the Architectural
Review Committee and thereafter would only have to file a plot plan of
a stock model for review. Please be sure to identify each model by
builder's name and model name or number so that it can easily be re-
trieved from our files to match up with the plot plan.
We all have a stake in the integrity and orderly g y y growth of the community.
We're sure you appreciate the necessity for these procedures --- and we
know we can count on your continued cooperation.
If you have any questions or if I can be of help in any way, please don't
hesitate to call.

Gentlemen:
There has been some question recently about General Development Corpor-
ation's position on the enforcement of deed restrictions in Sebastian
Highlands.
This is to assure you that General Development's commitment to the in-
telligent and orderly growth of the community continues. We have been
and will continue to enforce applicable deed restrictions on all con-
struction -- residential, commercial and signs -- on property where the
deed restrictions apply. Plans for such construction must be submitted
for review and approval to the company's Architectural Review Committee
in Miami.
To remind you of this requirement, the City Building Official will
commence to stamp plans and permits where the deed restrictions apply.
At the same time, 'we will be making regular inspections of the community
to assure that the deed restrictions are being. followed.
The procedure is very simpld: Just drop two copies of construction and
site plans at this office.
We all have a stake in the integrity and orderly growth of the community.
We're sure you appreciate the necessity for these procedures -- and we
know we can count on your, continued cooperation.
If you have any questions or if I can be of help in any way, please don't
hesitate to call.
Sincerelyf
