SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS UNIT 2, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 34, and that all the improvements within the aforesaid Sebastian Highlands Unit Two plat were completed on or before the 23rd day of April, 1970, with the exception of: WENTWORTH STREET from Vocelle Avenue to Barber Street within which the improvements were completed on or before the 30th day of July, 1971, and LAKE DRIVE from the junction of Barber Street to Wimbrow Drive within which the improvements were completed on or before the 26th day of June, 1972.
