SUBJECT TO:
Z. All taxes for the 1973 and subsequent years. All taxes,
City of Sebastian and County of Indian River have been paid
through the year 1972.
2. Determine if the property is within the limits of any
drainage district and the status of taxes and assessments, if any.
3. Determine if there are any improvement liens due the City of
Sebastian, Florida.
4. Rights of parties in possession, if any, other than the
record owner; any unfiled mechanics' and materialmen's liens and
any state of facts which would be revealed by an accurate survey
and personal inspection of the property.

and wife, to SECURITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
INDIAN -RIVER COUNTY, filed April 16th, 1973 and recorded in
O. R. Book 434, page 498 encumbering Lot 1, Block 435 of SEBASTIAN
HIGHLANDS, UNIT 9, Plat Book 6, page 36. NOTE: The abstract
does not exhibit any deed from GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
to the Mortgagors. The mortgage was followed by NOTICE OF COMM-
ENCEMENT recorded in 0. R. Book 434, page 628.
9. Reservations in the TRUSTEES OF THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT
FUND OF THE STATE OF rLORIDA for state road purposes (100 feet
on either side of the center line of any state road existing on
