Dear Colonel Jordan=
The Company is ,planning to construct five new model hones on
Lots 9 through 11 in Block 418, Unit 91 known as the Twin
Ickes Section.
In scheduling the different elevations and floor plans for
the area, we have included the Buckingham
in order to enhance variety to elevatmodel on lot 11
Realising that the side set backs are ten feeeet on eachng lot,
thereby minimizing the distance between homes at twenty feet,
