Begin 50 feet South of the Ned corner of Section 29, thence
run East 150 feet, South 50 fast, Wiest 150 feet, North
50 feet to the point of beginning;
Also# in Section 20 the SEj of the Seo of the 8.+, and
the ij of the Sod} of than SE} of the SCJ;, all lands lying
in Township 31 South -.Range 39 East Indian River County, Florida.
Also, land described as NEI of NWii NEi of SW14; all in
Section ?, Township 31 South -Range 39 East, Indian River
County, Florida.
These lands were annexed into the City of Sebastian on
25 January 1950 by Chapter 1181 of the Ordinances of the City of
