Due to the rapid increase of trailers,on small lots
with a well and septic tank,I feel it imperative that no further
septic tanks and wells be installed on 7500 sq.ft.lots, within
the city litaits of Sebastian.No further permits will be issued for
these lots.
I will appreciate the council's concurence in this matter,
if the councils does not concur please advise and thisoffice will
remove the restriction.
