Dear Bob,
The City of Sebastian has been approached by the Sports Car
Club of America to lease the airport for sports car races.
It is our understanding that this group intends to have from
ten to fifteen events per year.
In view of the fact that your unit #2 is contiguous with this
property, may we please have your thoughts on the proximity to
homes which may be built in unit #2.
Would appreciate your advising ass at your earliest convenience
as this will probably come up at the November meeting.
