Seeley, Assistant Secretary General Development Corp. 3153 Coral Way Miami, Florida Dear Mr. Seeley: As you will recall, in our conversations with reference to the meeting with various representatives arc 'officials of General Development and the City of SebastiM, the City has approved acceptance of various streets that have been completed in increments and further that after acceptance of such increments, the City would make assess- ment on the individual lots and blocks abutting thereon. However, as I understand it, the City is willing to place these individual lots and blocks on the assessment roll only after full acceptance by the City is made, i.e. one year maintenance period has expired. The nature of this letter is to request that you furnish preferably to the City Engineer with copies to the City Clerk and this office, the lot and block numbers which abut the streets which you requested the City to accept. The urgency of the matter is due to the City's position that it be brought up at the next regular meeting of the City Council which is on February 14, 1966, at the hour of 7:00 o'clockP.M. at tie City Hall in Sebastian.
