AN ORDTrIANCE Ai IDZ?'r oRDIP'ANC': No. 1.79 REGULATING THE SUTADT TSiON Or LANDS, OF THE ORDINA',ICFS Or THE CITY OF SrBASTIAN • Fir IT ORDAINED By TIM CITE` COUNCIL Or Tin CITY OF SEDASTIANt r'LO..PI DA s (1) Ps.ragranh 6.07--3 of ordinance No. 179 regulating the aub0ivision of lands shall be amended to read as follows "when the City Rngineer has made a final insPOction and has approved the work, the City will assume the salr_tenance of the roads, streets and drainage facilities related to the subdivision, PROVIDED# however, that no acceptance by the City will be mad until building construction on at least ten {1Q8) tf per cent of the lots in said subdivision has been completed. . ;aid c mpleted building construction shall be in conformity with the Building and Zoning Codes of the City. HowEVER, any failure due to faulty and improper material* and/or workmanship which occurs during the first year following such acceptance, shall be repa►ireK1 by the developer. Provisions for this requirement shall be made a part of the construction contract." (?) All ether provisions of said Ordinance No. 179 shall remain in full 'for'ce and effect, and there is no intention to change or ,end any provision thereof except Paragraph 6.07y -B as hereinabove stated. (3) .All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith or inconsistent with the provisions Of this ordinance, are hereby repealed.
