We are submitting herewith a request for a zoning change from R-1
(Residential) to C-1 (Retail) covering the following described
property.
Tracts "L" and "P" of the proposed plat of Sebastian Highlands
Unit 17, being more particularly described as follows;
Tract "L" - The South 2,660 feet of the East 2,125, LESS
AND EXCEPT the South 2,500 feet and the East
1,220 feet of Section 19, Township 31 South,
Range 39 East, City of Sebastian, Indian
River County, Florida, containing 2.40 acres,
more or less.
Tract "P" - The South 3,450 feet of the East 2,215 feet,
LESS AND EXCEPT the South 2,660 feet and the
East 1,220 feet of Section 19, Township 31
South, Range 39 East, City of Sebastian,
Indian River County, Florida, containing
16.62 acres,more or less.
Enclosed is a cash amount of $25.00 to cover the filing fee and a
tentative plat map of the above-mentioned plat showing in red the
location of Tracts "L" and "P" to be rezoned.
