of the water and sewer franchises for Sebastian.

ACCEPTANCE
General Development Utilities, Inc. hereby accepts the
franchise granted to it by the City of Sebastian pursuant
to Ordinance 081-8, dated March 11, 1981 for its water
operations, and Ordinance 081-9, dated March 11, 1981
for its sewer operations within certain designated areas
of the City of Sebastian. In accepting these franchises,
General Development Utilities, Inc. hereby agrees to
comply with and abide by all of the terms and conditions
of the franchises and to assume all rights, duties, and
responsibilities thereunder.
