Dear Mr. Broom:
This is to advise that the City Council at their Regular Meeting
on April 12, 1982, passed a motion to accept General Development
Corporation's proposal to pay the City $37,000.00 in full settle-
ment of its obligations with respect to all previous agreements
relative to road acceptance.
