BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows:
2. The proportionate roduction of the bond, or bonds,
indemnifying the City of Sebastian, will be donor by subsequent
resolution, agccordinq to the money spent for streets.
3. The Tax Assessor of the City of Sebastian is hereby
ireacted to assess the fair market value of all lots abutting
the paved a reeats set out above, and to assess the fair market
valivi of every lot in any one unit when sixty (60%) per cant
of the lots in such unit are sold and/or the title thereto
transferred. The City Tax Assessor is further c3ire stead to
request that General Develnt Corporation keep the City in-
forried aq to the percentage of lots sold in any one unit.
