This review has considered the safety and utility of aircraft operations and planned navigational aids as related to this proposal. The proposal does not exceed any federal obstruction standard and has no effect on the safe and efficient utilization of the navigable airspace by aircraft or on the operation of air navigation facilities. The proposed change to the ALP is approved provided the facilities are constructed in the location and to the heights listed in your letter. Please see the following comments: 1. An appropriate NOTAM should be issued regarding construction and construction equipment. 2. Wind cone should be frangible. This approval shall remain in effect until the next regular update of the ALP, or the next request for Federal Aviation Administration approval of the ALP, whichever comes first. At that time, the facilities should be shown on the ALP either as "constructed" or "planned", whichever is appropriate. This approval does not include approval of any lease, does not release any surplus or grant agreement -acquired airport property, nor does it relieve the airport owner or the proponent of compliance with FAR, Part 155, or any other law, ordinance, or regulation of any federal, state, or local government body. Sincer y, Matthew Program Manager
