Dear Karl:
Enclosed is the Settlement Agreement with GDC dated 1-16-92 listing
all the parcels individually which GDC transferred to the City of
Sebastian on 3-27-92. The deeds were actually recorded by our
attorney on 3-30-92.
As we discussed earler, all these parcels should be pro -rated as
tax is owed only for the period of 1-1-92 to 3-27-92.
