City of Sebastian filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern
District of Florida, February 18, 1992 and the release
executed by Frank J. Oberbeck, Vice Mayor of the City of
Sebastian, we have stricken Proofs of Claim 52734, 52735,
52736 and 54383 from the Claim Register in the above
referenced bankruptcy proceedings.
