Dear Mr. Thomas:
On Tuesday, March 11, 1988, we met with Mr. George Kulcyzcki and
Mr. Smith, regarding the proposed roadway grade changes for Midway
Court of the subject project.
After review and discussion with the member of G.D.C., we gave them
notice to proceed with the construction of the proposed roadway
changes. These changes will be noted on the as -built drawings at
the completion of the subject project.
