AHplicabilij - For water service for all purposes in private residences and individually metered apartment units. Limitations - Subject to all of the Rules and Regulations of this Tariff and the General Rules and Regulations of the Commission. Monthly Rates - First 3,000 Gallons $3.25 Minimum per month Next 3,000 to 6,000 Gallons .50 per 1,000 Gallons Next 6,000 to 10,000 Gallons •50 per 1,000 Gallons Next 10,000 to 20,000 Gallons 1.00 per 1,000 Gallons Over 20,000 Gallons 1.00 per 1,000 Gallons Minimum Charge - $3.25 Terms of Payment - Bills are due and payable when rendered and become delinquent if not paid within twenty (20) days, and may after five (5) days written notice. be discontinued. (c) The practices employed by the Utility in this regard'shall have uniform application to all its customers." Reconnection Charges_ - On the initial turn -on of a new service or account or reconnection due to temporary disconnects, there will be no charge.
