RE: Proposed Construction of Water and Sewer Systems, Sebastian Highlands
Position of Section 17, Phases 3, 4, & 5
Dear Mr. Garrido:
Please be advised that I have reviewed the referenced plans transmitted
to me with a letter dated June 1 and I will recommend approval by the City
of Sebastian when the following is done:
A. WATER
1. Show dimensions on the plans which locate the position of
the proposed lines with respect to the edge of paving or
right-of-way line.
2. Call for magnetic tape over all P.V.C. pipe to facilitate
future location.
3. Clarify that each service connection shall have it's own
shut off valve and meter. The meter and valve shall be
accessible without distrubing any pavement areas.
B. SEWER
1. The plans must be revised to provide each house with its
own 4" lateral and clean-out. The lateral shall extend from
the house to the sewer main and a clean-out shall be installed
near the curb line or edge of paving and at all changes of
direction of the lateral.
2. All manholes shall have corrosion reV4*ant ladder rings
12" wide (min.) and on 12" centers frr'top of manhole

Upon my receipt of the plans revised per the above r `ements, the City
of Sebastian will approve them and you will be authors to construct the
referenced water and sewer systems. No construction wi 1 authorized
until this is done.
