Please be advised that General Development Utilities, Inc.
will commence construction of a line extension on Lot 42
Block 502 of Balboa St. to serve areas of
Sebastian Highlands, Unit- SH -L5_. This work will commence
on or about 4/19/85 Street crossings will be by open
cut at the intersections as indicated on the attached sketch.
