Be advised that General Development has deeded the three
park parcels which we discussed at our past Council
Meeting to the City for the public's use. The Hardee
Park parcel. is presently being cleared of safety hazards,
such as, pepper bushes and other vegetation harboring
vermin to make it accessible and safe for the children
of our community. Please try to visit this beautiful
green area to form ideas on it's future potential.

has agreed to deed over to our City three park sites:
1. Lake Hardee Park - Unit 4; 13.8 Acres
2. Swim Lake Park - Unit 1; Tract A; 6.9 Acres
3. "Park" Blossom Drive - Unit 5; 2.68 Acres
I will bring this matter up under Mayor's Matters to be placed
on our agenda for your acceptance of these park sites.

WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED Made and entered this 24th day of October
1985 by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation existing
under the laws of Delaware, and having its principal place of business at
1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida 33131, hereinafter called the
Grantor, to the CITY OF SEBASTIAN, whose post office address is P.O.
Box 127, Sebastian, Florida 32958-0127, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all
the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and
assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee all that certain land situate in
Indian River County, Florida, vis:
All of Tract "A" as shown on the plat of SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 14 of the
Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, all situate, lying and being
in the City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida, and containing 6.94
acres, more or less.
Provided, however, and this conveyance is made subject to and upon
an express condition that should the Grantee cease to use the foregoing
property for park purposes, then, and in that event, the title to said
property shall revert to and vest in the Grantor, its successors and
assigns.
Reserving unto General Development Utilities, Inc., a Florida
corporation, its successors and assigns, an easement for the installation,
operation and maintenance of a water well and such appurtenant pipes,
electrical connections and driveway as are usual and customary; provided
that such well site shall not exceed 30 feet by 30 feet; and further
provided that the well site and appurtenances shall riot interfere with any
existing improvements.
Also reserving unto General Development Utilities, Inc., its successors
or assigns, the rights to all subsurface water lying below 400 feet in
depth.
This Deed is executed subject to taxes assessed for the year 1985 and
all subsequent years and to conditions, easements, limitations and
restrictions of record.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, THE SAME IN FEE SIMPLE FOREVER.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that it is lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and
lawful.
