Background: On 13 May 2015, Council directed the City Manager to execute a contract with Hoyle, Tanner & Associates to conduct an engineering assessment of the existing bulkhead/seawalls along the City canal and waterway system. That assessment has been completed. A representative from Hoyle Tanner will be making a presentation to Council. Attachment 1 is a narrative of the assessment complete with spreadsheet Appendix. Because of the volume of information, the multiple appendices are not included in Attachment 1. That information will be available in the City Clerk's office for reference purposes.
