PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION
CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA
The City Council of the City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida, has received a
petition for voluntary annexation for property whose owners propose residential
development, and therefore proposes to adopt the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. 0-04-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA,
PROVIDING FOR THE VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF
62.827ACRES, MORE OR LESS, BEING A PART OF SECTION
26,TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH RANGE 38 EAST LOCATED
SLIGHTLY SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF CR. 510 AND
CR. 512; PROVIDING FOR INTERIM LAND USE AND ZONING
CLASSIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
A public hearing on the ordinance will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2004 at
approximately 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian.
