r. • �' NOTICE OF COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN AND ZONING MAP AMENDMENT The City Council of the City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida, proposes to adopt the following ordinances: ORDINANCE NO. 0-0243 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WHICH AMENDS THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP TO DESIGNATE INITIAL LAND USE CLASSIFICATIONS OF LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LDR) AND COMMERCIAL LIMITED FOR ANNEXED LAND WITH A PRIOR COUNTY LAND USE DESIGNATION AS LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, 3 UNITS PER ACRE (Li) FOR LAND • CONSISTING OF 72.45 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, KNOWN AS SEBASTIAN LANDINGS; AUTHORIZING FINDINGS AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. ORDINANCE NO. 0-02-14 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING AN INITIAL ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT RESIDENTIAL (PUD—R) AND COMMERCIAL LIMITED (CL) FOR ANNEXED LAND WITH A PRIOR COUNTY ZONING DESIGNATION AS AGRICULTURE (A-1) FOR LAND CONSISTING OF 72.45 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, KNOWN AS SEBASTIAN LANDINGS; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Following the public hearings, the City Council m4y schedule second public hearings and final readings. Interested parties may inspect the proposed ordinances in the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and may appear at the hearings and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances. Any person who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made by the City Council at these hearings will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will be based.(286.0105 F.S.)
