Page 3 of 3 ATTENTION: BRUCE MOIA, P.E./ ENGINEER OF RECORD Bruce -- We have reviewed your most recent Master Grading Plan for Sebastian River Landings, Phase I (Sheet G-1, Revision#7/#8, dated 14/15 March 05). Our findings and conclusions are as follows: o We have no objection to the changes made to the Finished Floor Elevations shown on this plan. o As ever, Engineer of Record is responsible for monitoring and certifying compliance with this and any other currently approved plans. o In this particular case, due to the repeated noncompliance of the contractors in the field on this project and the resulting extra time spent by City staff due to these repeated mishaps, this latest revision of the Master Grading Plan is the LAST revision we will be approving without: • Your comprehensive demonstration showing cause why such further revisions should be considered; and • Any actual related costs of additonal City review beyond this point billed to the project. Please acknowledge by return email that you have received, reviewed, understand, and concur with the above; and, further, you have notified the developer and contractors on this project of the City's stated position in this matter.
