First as owner of 7.5 acres directly to the east and contiguous to the proposed subdivision, it's impact on my interests are significant. Further I own and have put considerable efforts into the rebuilding/rennovating of a 1920's carriage house on Louisiana in order to preserve Sebastian's heritage and character. Also I have reviewed the project at the city offices and asked a number of questions as to the improvements and the PUD as a whole. The impact of the Ashbury is only positive and should be approved without question. In addition I believe that the staff, who you hire to formulate an expert opinion, concurs completely. In short, Ashbury should be approved by unanimous acclaim by the City, and the City should feel lucky to have such a responsible submittal and excellent opportunity for a residential community that will have only positive benifits for Sebastian. Thank you, Harry MacGrotty 5/26/2004
