Based on this final report, the total allowable costs were determined to be $360,070 (Federal Share = $342,066). All eligible funds have been drawn. This project has been closed out based on the findings in the FAA Final Project Report. If the results of your systems audit reveal any changes to this report, the project will be reopened and the appropriate adjustments will be made. The approved project description is as follows: Runway 04/22 Improvements Based on our review of the above documents, we have determined that the Federal share of the final project costs are: $342,066 for Development $0 for Planning $342,066 Total A summary of final project costs is included in the attached "Project Summary". All costs claimed by the sponsor and determined eligible for final payment are considered necessary, reasonable and within the scope of the project. Payment of the Federal share of the final project costs is authorized. The project will be closed based upon the findings in this report. The project will be audited by the sponsor in conjunction with the annual audit of the sponsor's records. Should the audit reveal {hat certain costs are ineligible, the project will be reopened and appropriate adjustments will be made. Your acceptance of this Offer will constitute a Grant Agreement by which the government will participate in the allowable costs of the project amounting to $383,756 (Federal share). Once the authorized official has executed the Agreement and the official's signature has been notarized and sealed /stamped, the attorney for the City of Sebastian must certify that the Sponsor's acceptance complies with local and state law and constitutes a legal and binding obligation on the part of the Sponsor. Please note that the Agreement is not legal unless the attorney signs it AFTER the Sponsor. If the terms of this Offer are satisfactory, please execute the document as soon as possible, but not later than September 18, 2008.
