Based on this final report, the total allowable costs were determined to be $360,070 (Federal Share = $342,066). All eligible funds have been drawn. This project has been closed out based on the findings in the FAA Final Project Report. If the results of your systems audit reveal any changes to this report, the project will be reopened and the appropriate adjustments will be made. The approved project description is as follows: Runway 04/22 Improvements Based on our review of the above documents, we have determined that the Federal share of the final project costs are: $342,066 for Development $0 for Planning $342,066 Total A summary of final project costs is included in the attached "Project Summary". All costs claimed by the sponsor and determined eligible for final payment are considered necessary, reasonable and within the scope of the project. Payment of the Federal share of the final project costs is authorized. The project will be closed based upon the findings in this report. The project will be audited by the sponsor in conjunction with the annual audit of the sponsor's records. Should the audit reveal {hat certain costs are ineligible, the project will be reopened and appropriate adjustments will be made.
