(772)633-0897 (cell) July 5, 2017 Mr. Duane Swing Velocity, Inc. 200 Airport Drive West Sebastian, FL 32958 Subject: Hangar B, Lease Renewal of Dear Duane, It gives me pleasure to inform you that Sebastian City Council has acted favorably to your request to extend the terms of the Hangar B lease between the City of Sebastian and Velocity, Inc., for 28 -years, as per your request in your letter dated Jun 9, 2017. The Renewed lease becomes effective October 1 2017 and runs throuclh October 1 2045. Excluding the renewal option, all other Conditions outlined in the original lease (dated Oct. 1, 2015) remain in effect throughout the extended lease period. As a reminder, on October 1, 2017 the lease rate changes to $2.33/SF and is subject to annual CPI adjustment going forward. 1 look forward to continuing our warm and supportive relationship and best wishes for successful business ventures going into the future.
