Franco Engineering/Public Works RE: Chesser Gap PUD After reviewing the revised coi Chesser's Gap Commercial PUD submitted on the following are my comments: Hector Franco En®ureenn(j/Hublrc Works January 21, 1987 ) Applicant to provide as per section 20A -4.1"A) a vie-ini.ty map drawn to scale which clearly shows the site in r.elcitionship to its surroundings. 2) Conceptual Plan needs to be completed as per Section 20A-4.12 (c). All the existing conditions as described in this article shall be on drawings. 3) Development Plan as per section 20A-4.12 (D) needs to address the total site summary showing data of all proposed use and proposed intensity use. Articles 1, 3 and 5 need to be addressed in more detail. i 4) An estimate of the overall parking requirementslis not shown on the revised plans. 5) The written material as presented seems to comply wi.ttl existing city land development code. No additional comments are required. 6) Data on written report in reference to site No. 2 Library Institutional/Commer.cial shows discrepancy with data presented on the plan. This discrepancy needs to be corrected. 7) Applicant shall comply with Section 20A-4.6 (F'). 8) As per section 20A -4.6(K), the Planning and Zoning Board or the City Council have the right to request screening to minimize impact on potentially objectionable areas. . 0 (z) As a summary, the overall C_hesser's Gap Conceptual Plan is correct and can be approved once these minor changes are done.
