Origin Community Development j (BC �� Date Submitted 12/17/90 J� For Agenda Of 1/2/91 Exhibits: Special Use Permit Application Memo from P & Z dated 12/17/90 Plans for Sand Mining Permit SUMMARY STATEMENT APPROPRIATION REQUIRED: At its regular meeting of November 14, 1990, the City Council adopted Resolution R-90-46 which, approved the Preliminary Development Plan for Chesser's Gap Plan Unit Development. Due to the engineering and restraints from St. Johns Water Management and the City of Sebastian concerning the storm water requirements for the subdivision, the applicant must construct three retention areas (lakes) to satisfy these requirements. Due to the amount of the fill that must be removed for these lakes, this is now considered a sand mining permit as defined within Section 20A-5.20 of the Land Development Code. The Planning and Zoning Commission on December 6, 1990, recommended to the City Council to approve the special use permit for the sand mining.
