FLORIDA 32901 (407) 984-3300 FAX (407) 951-3741 t BOARD CERTIFIED IN TA.TATioN BOARD CERTIFIED IN ESTATE PI-kNNING AND PROBATE I have reviewed the latest version of the plat for the Chessers Gap Mall and I find that it still needs the following changes: 1. Pursuant to Section 20A-16.4(1)(iii) of the Land Development Code, the certification of surveyor must state that the survey data compiled and shown on the plat complies with all the requirements of this Ordinance and Chapter 177, Florida Statutes, as amended. 2. Pursuant to Section 20A-16.4(l)(vii), the title certification must list all mortgages on the land and indicate their official record book and page number. 3. The dedication needs to be clarified. As it reads, the dedication appears to say that the lands and the plat are dedicated to the perpetual use of the City of Sebastian. I am sure it was intended that only the roads and easements be dedicated. Obviously, the plat needs to be fully executed before final approval.
