Please be advised that a Public Bearing was held on
January 22, 1987 after which the following action was.
taken.
Mr. Thompson made a motion to recommend approval of
the conceptual site plan dated January 21, 1987 for
Chesser Gap area consisting of 58.9 acres subject to items
1,2,3,6,7 & 8 of the City Engineers letter of January
22, 1987 and forward it to city council for approval.
Mr. Mahoney Seconded the motion. Passed Unanimously.
The file is now being forwarded to you for Public Hearing
and further action.
