The information you are requestirig is not a requirement for a property owner in the application process for land use designation changes, however, the developer has proposed to construct a conunercial node that will include stores, possibly office complexes and has currently proposed to make available land for construction of a new police department. The City „ Council has riot taken action on this proposal. I am enclosing a copy titled "Chesser's Gap/Concept D" for your review.
