Dear Mr. and Mrs. Grella,
Please be advised that I am in receipt of your letter regarding
ttie application to amend the Comprehensive Land Use Plan for
property within the city limita known ars Chesser's Gap. The
information you are requestirig is not a requirement for a
property owner in the application process for land use
designation changes, however, the developer has proposed to
construct a conunercial node that will include stores, possibly
office complexes and has currently proposed to make available
land for construction of a new police department. The City „
Council has riot taken action on this proposal. I am enclosing a
copy titled "Chesser's Gap/Concept D" for your review.
