Notice of Public Hearing
The City Council of the City of Sebastian will hold a
Public Hearing concerning the adoption of an Ordinance with the
title as shown , at 7i00 p.m., Wednesday, August 20, 1986, in the
City Council Chambers, 1.225 Main Street, Sebaotian, Florida,
32958.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION FROM INDIAN RIVER COUNTY LD -2 (LOW
DENSITY)' TO GENERAL CUMMERCIAL (CG) FOR A PARCEL OF PROPERTY IN
THC' NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 38
EAST, KNOWN AS CHESSER'S GAP, LOCATED IN THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN,
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, COMPRISING 58.09 ACRES; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
At the conclusion of this Public Hearing or at a
subsequent meeting, the Council may enact this ordinance into
law. Interested parties may inspect the proposed ordinance in the
Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, and may appear at the
hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
Anyone who may wish to appeal any decision which may be
at this hearing will need to ensure that a cerbatim record
includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will be
based.
