at 7:00 p.m., in City Council Chambers, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian,
Florida. The proposed Ordinance and application file are available for
inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1225 Main Street,
Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
