Unfortunately, the following technical information is lacking to sufficiently review the possible impacts the project may have on the surrounding area. Pursuant to the authority vested in the St. Johns River Water Management District under Chapter 373.229(1)(i), F.S., and Sections 40C-2.101 and 40C-2.301, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). The following information is requested: The proposed orifice invert is at an elevation of 15.5 ft. N.G.V.D., however, the existing culvert is at an elevation of 16.0 ft. N.G.V.D. It appears that the maximum use of the surface water for irrigation will be compromised given the proposed elevation of the orifice. Please ° explain the design intent. [Paragraph 10.3(e,g); A.H.) 2. Please provide either the seating capacity or the square footage of the 0 clubhouse for District staff to determine a sufficient allocation for household use from well no. 2. [Paragraph 10.3(a); A.H.] In accordance with paragraph 40C -2.101(3)(b), F.A.C., if the applicant desires to dispute the necessity for any information requested on an application form or at a pre -application conference, he may do so at a regularly scheduled regulatory meeting of the Governing Board.
