Waterway Ordinance - City Council approved City Attorney to draft ordinance from staff's recommendations. Tree Protection Ordinance - Submitted seven (7) options to the City Council at their April 14th meeting. City Council deferred further action until the workshop meeting of May 5, 1993. Update Ordinance on Flood Protection - Zoning Technic3ian reviewing changes regarding D.C.A.'s response. Police Tower - Tower has been completed but not all antennas are hooked up. Gave punch list to Steve Fisher regarding site. Police Station HVAC Problems - Briggs report completed. Contracted with First Services and completed cleanup of contamination. Ordinance 92-18 LDC Updates - Ordinance 0-93-01 has been adopted by City Council. Interlocal Agreement with Indian River County (Airport Zoning) - Received letter dated March 11, 1993 from Deputy Attorney William Collins. Waiting for executed interlocal agreement on their behalf and will forward the agreement to the City of Sebastian. Rezoning of riverfront - Have completed property owners list and abutters list and need to start process for public hearings. Reviewed new district with Planning and Zoning and have developed the permitted and conditional uses within the district. Sidewalks for Indian River Drive - Need to develop specifications for bid. Update I.R.C. Commercial/Industrial Data Source - Received request November 9th to update their data source book - Suzi working on this. Finalize Tree Grant For Lake Hardee Park - Submitted request for reimbursement to the Division of Forestry. No response at this time. Seawall ordinance - Need to develop draft for maintenance & to include seawalls outside of property. Church on Bob Circle - Received letters from Roger Skillman and neighbor across the street regarding condition of the church. Need to conduct another inspection to determine whether or not further action will be taken. Traffic Circulation Study - Need to coordinate with Kimley-Horne to ensure trip information is collated with the Indian River County's computer program. Map For Police Department - Zoning Technician developing a base map for the Police Department to identify landmarks in relation to City limits. Land Use Map - Reviewing proposal from L. Robert Kimbal & Associates (Kimbel-Lloyd) to prepare land use and address map. Animal Ordinance - Need to rework draft to send to Charlie Nash in order to prepare an ordinance. This would eliminate the entrance on the east side where the water fountain is located and provide for a single entrance in the middle of the playground. f. Provide a concrete slab under covered swing located on the northwest portion of the creative playground; extend sidewalks to pad; considered horseshoe shaped pad under both table and swing area. h. Bid specifications to irrigate all the green areas. Check to determine if a soaker type for lawn and emitter can be utilized for this type of irrigation in this area. (use BSSC dwg.) i. Clean up the signage - signs that are located on the Creative Playground should be combined and place all the no activities together under the wooden sign. j. Strip the green area plant a common Bermuda. k. City to maintain the inside of the playground sand area to provide for a roller tilling on continuous basis to remove all weeds and nuisance vegetation. 1. Relocate picnic table to paver brick area.
