Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Board
at their regular meeting on June 5th, 1986 voted to
forward the Land Use Designation change to the City Council
for Public Hearing contingent upon a letter from
the Sebastian General Partnership B.F.T. stating that
they will not use the land if the designation is changed
for anything other than applying for a Commercial PUD.
The letter to that effect is attached for your records.
Should you require any further information, please feel
free to contact me.
Dr. Fischer would probably -like this to be scheduled
as soon as possible.

RE: Chessers Gap Property
Dear Harold:
This letter is in response to the request of the
Planning and Zoning Board of June 5, 1986.
Sebastian General Partnership B.F.T. agrees that
the proposed Chessers Gap property will be used for
commercial planned unit development (PUD). The
commercial general zoning that is being applied for
will only be used under the commercial planned unit
development (PUD) concept.
