Krag $ City Clerk-� RE: Application for amendment to Comprehensive Land Use plan Q1 E 2 R] Deborah C. Krage: City Clerk Attached, please find my complete file on the application to amend the Comprehensive Land Ilse Plan. Application has also been received for the zoning designation, however, the applicant is most interested in the proposed Commercial and Industrial Planned Unit Development Ordinance pending before your board, the zoning designation may remain pending until adoption of said ordinance. In accordance with Section 1-10 A 4 of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, I have attached a copy, the commission is required to consider the proposed amendment and request a public hearing be established or deny the re- quest and such decision shall be made a part of the record and the applicant shall have the right to appeal to the City Council for consideration of the application. Pursuant to our conversation, I have met the deadline require- ments for the preparation of the May 1, 1986, Planning and Zoning Commission agenda. Thanks! d attachments (as noted)
