change and a Comprehensive Land Use Plan/Map Change,

Zoning Change from COR, Commercial Office
Residential to CG, Commercial General.

EDGEWATER PARK, according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 25,
St. Lucie County, Florida Public Records, and

a 300 foot radius, you are hereby notified that the
Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public
Hearing regarding this matter on Thursday, July 24th,
1986 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 1225 Main St.
Sebastian, Florida.
If you should have any objections we would appreciate
your so advising us, either by mail or at the hearing.
All interested parties may appear at the hearing
and be heard with respect to the proposed application.
