RE: Cross Creek Lake Estates Declaration of Conditions
Plat One/ Plat Two
Dear Jan:
I have enclosed the following:
1. Complete copy of the Declaration of Conditions, Covenants, Easements and
Restrictions. I will arrange for Henry Fischer to take the original Declaration to the
County Clerk's office so that it can be recorded along with the final Plats.
2. Original letter dated April 11, 2013 for the "Alternate Irrevocable Form" of guarantee
for the construction of sidewalks.
I understand that the subdivision plats are scheduled for the May 8, 2013 City Council meeting. I
will be out of town on May 8`h at a CLE conference. Final Plats are usually handled on the
"consent agenda" because there is no discretion involved and no public hearings. A final Plat
must be approved when it is consistent with the approved preliminary plat and the City's Land
Development Code. I trust this will be on the consent agenda.
